Based on the “Farm to Fork” strategy within the scope of the European Green Deal, ReBreading continues to work at full speed in order to increase awareness of the importance of sustainability and promote good practices in the bread-making industry by educating in-potential bakers and educators and providing sustainability tools to new professional bakers.

ReBreading proudly announces the debut of its innovative E-platform and Guidebook, alongside the Bread Festivals across Europe. Focused on empowering aspiring bakers and educators, the ReBreading E-platform delivers a comprehensive learning experience with 7 modules, quizzes, and an E-book, all centered on sustainable practices and traditional baking methods. This groundbreaking resource underscores the intrinsic connection between sustainability and tradition, integrating local ingredients and eco-friendly techniques to inspire the next generation of bakers.

The ReBreading Guidebook serves as a valuable compendium of insights, outlining the bakery sector’s needs and challenges, detailing the methodology of the ReBreading curriculum, and showcasing compelling testimonials from VET learners and educators who have embraced sustainability.

In addition to these impactful initiatives, ReBreading recently hosted Bread Festivals in Lithuania, Cyprus, Poland, Greece, Ireland, and Türkiye, attracting over 150 VET educators and bakery sector students. These dynamic gatherings fostered passionate discussions on sustainable bakery practices, the significance of utilizing local ingredients, and the nutritional aspects of bread. Attendees were also introduced to the transformative resources offered by the ReBreading project, sparking enthusiasm and dedication to sustainability across the industry.

Join the ReBreading project today and be part of the journey toward a more environmentally conscious and sustainable bakery industry! The ReBreading cirrucilum, the E-book with local materials relevant to bread production and the ReBreading Handbook are accessible through our E-platform: https://rebreading.erasmus.site.
